A large direct labour force and low rates of turnover ensure consistency of care and robust client relationships. Our CSCS accredited electricians and engineers are supported by fully qualified and committed management, sales and support teams.

MW Cripwell is committed to investment in training and bringing in new entrants to the industry, taking on several apprentices every year. Customer care skills and team building form part of their training, including Outward Bound courses to build self-reliance and team spirit. Several of our apprentices have won ECA awards for excellence.

Bespoke training facilities offer programmes designed to meet customer needs, including knowledge of relevant legislation and standards. Ongoing training covers NVQs, City and Guilds, PAT and IEE as well as more specialist programmes in areas like fire safety or public sector building legislation.

Employees undertake CRB checks where appropriate. We have a proactive approach to safety, supported by our dedicated training resource.
